Caitlin Vance

Caitlin brings over a decade of experience in strategic marketing, community engagement, and organizational development. Most recently, she served as Associate Vice President of Marketing & Community Development at SPC Credit Union, where she led multi-channel campaigns, product launches, and community partnerships that strengthened brand visibility and member engagement.

Throughout her career, Caitlin has held leadership roles in financial services, higher education, and nonprofit sectors, consistently driving initiatives that connect organizations with their communities. Her expertise spans marketing strategy, event planning, employee engagement, and partnership development.

Now based in her home territory of Kentuckiana, Caitlin is excited to continue her work in building meaningful connections and purposeful growth. Outside of work, she stays busy with her son and daughter, who keep her on the go with sports, school activities, and plenty of adventures.
