The purchase of the former Plumbers Supply Company consists of 4 parcels totaling over 4 acres and nearly 120,000 square feet of buildings. Two of the parcels are parking lots at Main and Wenzel Streets that are now public paid lots, bringing 66 more parking spaces to the neighborhood.
Considering the size of the remaining parcels some portions will be developed by us, some will be joint ventured, and some will be sold. With a nod to the past and a wink to the future, Winebrenner is on a mission to see both the NuLu and Butchertown neighborhoods thrive all the while preserving a slice of history.
