We owned and operated Addison Park from June 2013 to June 2018. This property was a 13 acre, multi-family residential property located in Louisville, KY on Bardstown Road near 1-264, After acquiring the property in 2013, we implemented extensive renovations on the property itself, the clubhouse, and all residential units. The 292 units consisted of high quality 1-, 2- and 3- bedroom units and rental occupancy was consistently maintained around 95%.
