Investment Advisor Representative
Position Overview
We are seeking a client-centric, growth-minded Investment Advisor Representative to join our advisory team. Key Responsibilities
• Participate in business development efforts, including networking and referral cultivation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication and review meetings.
• Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice aligned with each client’s goals, values, and risk tolerance.
• Portfolio Management of managed client accounts, including investment selection and due diligence
• Source new clients and real estate investors.
• Collaborate with WCM team to deliver a seamless client experience, including onboarding, reporting, and service coordination.
• Stay current on market trends, investment strategies, and regulatory changes to inform client recommendations.
• Uphold fiduciary standards and ensure compliance with SEC regulations and firm policies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Active Series 65 or Series 7 and 66 license required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial advising, wealth management, or investment planning.
• Strong understanding of financial planning principles, investment vehicles, and portfolio construction.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro), Mircosoft Office, and CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications
• CFP® designation or progress toward certification.
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Familiarity with tax planning, estate planning, and retirement strategies.
• Existing client base or referral network in the Louisville area.
Business Development Director
Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Business Development Director to lead firm-wide growth initiatives. This role will oversee the acquisition of new clients, the development of referral networks, and the expansion of our presence in the Louisville market. It is a high-impact, high-visibility position—ideal for a self-starter with exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of financial services, and/or commercial or multifamily real-estate experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to attract new clients, investors, investment channels, and referral sources.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with centers of influence (COIs), including attorneys, CPAs, and other professionals.

• Collaborate with executive management and financial advisors to align growth initiatives with firm objectives.
• Interface with property management companies, leasing agents, and other business partners
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities and pipeline progress.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within financial services.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation and converting prospects into long-term clients.
• Strong understanding of investment advisory services, fiduciary standards, and financial planning principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Client Service Associate
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding services and ensure client satisfaction
- Address client inquiries about products and services in a timely fashion
- Educate clients on account services and capabilities (e.g., statement/account questions, how to use Online Services, paperless options, etc.)
- Coordinate appropriate documentation to set up new accounts as well as maintain client portfolios
- Research clientand industry information as needed
- Assist with or prepare monthly newsletter commentary
- Process account service requests and ensure appropriate documentation is obtained and maintained
- Preparation of reports, spreadsheet, and other materials for client meetings
- Maintain contact management systems with up–to–date key client information
- Stay up to date on company products and services
- Compile and update necessary documents and contracts
- Maintain and update client and company files as required on products and services
- Prepare correspondence such as draft letters, run mail merges, send one–time or mass mailers
- Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- High School diploma required
- 3 –5 years of client service experience
- Series 65 or Series 7 and 66 licensed preferred
- Knowledge of investment and banking products, policies & procedures preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Service oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
