Joanna brings more than a decade of experience in finance, administrative operations, and client service. Most recently, she served as Administrative Assistant to a Certified Financial Planner and Registered Representative at Marcum Benefit Group, where she managed client accounts, streamlined office workflows, and ensured compliance with industry regulations.

Her career spans roles in financial services and real estate development. In these positions, Joanna developed expertise in bookkeeping, payroll processing, and financial recordkeeping, while supporting executive leadership and maintaining strong client relationships. Based in Kentucky, Joanna is passionate about delivering exceptional service and operational efficiency. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and always has time for a good game of Pickleball.
