Jefferson Self Storage, dba One and Done Self Storage, and later Public Storage, was acquired in April 2015 and our first developmental property in self-storage. It is a self-storage facility in Louisville, KY that features 11 acres, and 1,071 units and over 122,000 rentable square footage. The facility offers a highly desirable mix of residential and commercial units, including temperature-controlled units, parking spaces for boats, RVs, trailers, etc., and a variety of unit sizes. Public Storage professionally managed the facility from March 2019 until its sale in August 2022.
